🔧 About the Role

As a Premium All-round Maintenance & Reliability Engineer, you will work in a multidisciplinary environment that spans industries such as food production, pharmaceuticals (GMP), chemical processing, modern machine building and high-tech manufacturing.

You will be responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, optimizing performance and driving continuous improvement of complex industrial systems.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical and mechatronic failures
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on advanced machinery and utilities
Conduct inspections, calibrations and high-quality documentation (including GMP where required)

Technical Improvement & Reliability

Perform root-cause analyses and implement structural technical solutions
Support system upgrades, automation and robotics initiatives
Work closely with engineering teams to enhance long-term equipment reliability

Project Execution

Lead or support modification and upgrade projects
Coordinate external contractors and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement strategies

🎓 Required Profile

Education & Experience

University degree (Bachelor/Master) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or related fields
Minimum of 3 years relevant technical experience
Excellent command of English (spoken and written)

Technical Skillset

Experience or strong affinity with:

Mechanical, electrical and mechatronic systems
Hydraulics, pneumatics, sensors and rotating equipment
Basic knowledge of automation or PLCs (preferred)
Industrial, production or controlled environments (pharma, food, chemical, high-tech)

Personal Competencies

Analytical, solution-oriented and structured
High sense of professionalism, safety and quality
Capable of working independently and in multidisciplinary teams
Eager to learn, adapt and grow in a new country and culture
